Welcome to Virtually Yours ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Virtually Yours provides remote back office management, marketing support, and related business services. Specific service details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual contracts, proposals, or invoices.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract or invoice.

• All payments are due as stated in your agreement.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Digital products are non-refundable.

Failure to remit payment may result in termination of services and collection efforts if necessary.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner.
• Deliver requested materials, access credentials, and approvals when needed.
• Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Virtually Yours is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication or missing materials.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
• Virtually Yours retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Templates, systems, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Virtually Yours.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary business information without consent, except as required by law.

Clients agree not to share proprietary materials, templates, or systems created by Virtually Yours without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Virtually Yours provides services in good faith and with professional care. However:

• We do not guarantee specific financial results.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Clients assume responsibility for business decisions made based on our work.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
